Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. announced details of PES 2020, also known as eFootball PES 2020, during the 2019 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) that took place in Los Angeles, USA. The company unveiled the covers of the game’s Standard and Legend editions, the video game release date and the new and remastered game modes, as well as some new techniques and features implemented after receiving the fans’ feedback.
KONAMI has remastered the Master League mode for the 2020 edition of the Pro Evolution Soccer video game. A new interactive dialogue system will allow players to choose responses in order to create their own story. This mode will also feature new personalisation options and legendary managers such as Cruyff or Maradona.
On the other hand, eFootball PES 2020 features a brand-new game mode: the Matchday. This will allow players to choose one side during weekly events and earn points while playing. In the final phase of the weekly event, the best performing users of each side will be chosen to compete in a live streamed final.
The fans’ feedback has led to changes in the game, upgrading mechanics and including new techniques. Kick accuracy, defense, intentional fouls or players’ personalities are some of the features that have been either added or improved. The in-game menus have also been restyled and lightning, player models, cameras and replays include changes too.
