eFootball.Pro League to be broadcast on TV

The Catalan channel Esport3 will transmit the matches starting Monday, January 14 at 9:45 pm (CET)


The first season of the eFootball.Pro League –the esports competition featuring top-notch football clubs– will be broadcast on the Catalan TV channel Esport3 starting Monday, January 14. This is the date chosen by the public sports television to show the competition’s first matchday which took place on December 2, with games between FC Barcelona and Boavista FC, AS Monaco and FC Schalke 04, and FC Nantes and Celtic FC. The programme will last from 9:45 pm to 11 pm (CET).


Esport3 will have its own commentary team featuring Oriol Vidal and Marc Mayolas, who will give a running commentary of the matches in Catalan, thus providing fans with a second language to follow the league in addition to the official English broadcast available on the eFootball.Pro platforms. The channel will broadcast matchdays on television and matches will be also available on its website and live on the Youtube channel of the Catalan general-interest public channel TV3.
